Training is undertaken on site, and focuses on all aspects of system usage from basic everyday use, to administration, programming and more specialised aspects of system maintenance. Where appropriate more in-depth training can be arranged for key personnel at our Head Office. Products from all the above companies have a product performance warranty programme only when installed by accredited installers such as Swaisland. Therefore as installers for these and other manufacturers Swaisland is able to extend their full warranties to our clients. This ensures that your investment is protected well into the future. However, in order to offer the warranty service, strict adherence to approved installation processes and compliance to all relevant legislation is mandatory. Prior to any such authorisation from the manufacturer to provide the guarantees, formal training programmes have to be implemented and completed by our engineers.
